Cubs fans can celebrate a World Series win with free food today
Hungry Chicago Cubs fans who may still be celebrating last night’s World Series win can get free meals today at several area restaurants, provided they’re quick on the draw.
Today only, all 17 Chicagoland Buona Beef restaurants are giving out free 7-inch Italian Beef sandwiches to the first 108 customers, in honor of the Cubs winning their first World Series championship in 108 years. Go to www.buona .com to find the nearest location.
Additionally, Nando’s is giving away a chicken entrée to any fan in Cubs gear from noon until 1:48 PM. The offer for a free ¼ chicken, chicken sandwich, wrap, or pita per person, on a first-come-first-served basis, dine-in only, is available at Nando's PERi-PERi West Loop, Wabash, South Loop, Streeterville, Clybourn, Lakeview, Oak Park, Naperville.
