The New England Meat Conference (NEMC) brings together farmers, processors, butchers, value-added producers and chefs to learn new techniques, see new products and methods, and work together on increasing local meat production in New England. They are offering over 25 educational sessions and hands-on workshops led by local and national leaders in the meat industry, including meat cutting, poultry processing, value-added products, how to price meat, HACCP plans, inventory management, and much more.
