Provisur Technologies, Inc., a global leader in innovative food processing technologies and systems, has introduced its latest grinder based on its state-of-the-art Dominator Technology.  The new Weiler Omni V 220 was introduced in response to processors who were requesting the versatility, performance, and simplicity of the company’s larger Omni V 1109 in a smaller package designed for small to medium volume throughput applications.

The Omni V 220 provides the flexibility to grind frozen and fresh raw materials from red meat and poultry to vegetables, and alternatives, with processing rates up to 2000 kg | 4400 lbs per hour.  “This grinder is a truly versatile platform that can serve multiple needs in a single machine”, said Nick Pearson, Provisur’s Global Product Manager.

At the heart of the Omni V 220 is Dominator cutting technology, incorporating a 220mm | 8-5/8 inch plate size, that produces consistent particle definition, minimizes cellular disruption with negligible temperature rise.  This results in improved product quality and higher yields.

The Omni V 220 along with other new innovations will be on display in Provisur Technologies’ booths 1031 and 1037 at Process Expo in Chicago (19-20 September).
