AAMP Affiliates – Networking and Learning on a Local Level

American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP Logo
February 20, 2018

It is not always what you know but who you know, or sometimes a combination of both. If you are not learning everyday in this industry, then you are not trying.

Our industry is always changing. Whether it be new technology or regulations, it is in a state of constant transformation and it is important for your business that you stay up-to-date or ahead of the newest changes that are taking place.

At AAMP, we strive to bring this type of information on a national level, but it is just as important for you to be plugged in to what is changing in your own state or region. This is where our state and regional affiliates come in. There are 28 state or regional affiliates of AAMP that do a terrific job of educating and informing their members of what is taking place in the industry where they live.

Our affiliates hold yearly conventions and cured meats competitions, as well as other activities that give members an opportunity to not only learn, but also network with others in the industry.

Please take a look at the following list of affiliates and consider joining one and get involved.
