Hollymatic’s self-feeding Model R2200 is perfect for food forming and portioning requirements in small to medium food processors. The compact, rugged machine forms a wide variety of products into a multitude of shapes and sizes. Now, using Hollymatic’s Econoball 200 Meatball Former, processors can produce 1 oz. to 3 oz. balls from beef, poultry, lamb and/or vegetables. The meatball system, when attached to the R2200 includes a trolley and the Econoball 200 which is 115 volt, 60 Hz., 1 Phase with a wire belt take-away conveyor.

Because Hollymatic’s R2200 Portioning Machine is suited to a variety of product mixtures with numerous textures and consistencies, the Econoball 200 can form meatballs from many different products, making it very versatile. One of the most important features of the R2200 is that it is very simple to set-up, operate and clean.
