Verti-Lift presents scissor lift tables with tilt capabilities for unmatched ergonomics and product positioning, now available in stainless steel washdown designs. Integrating the height adjustment of a scissor lift with tilt functions ensures that workpieces are always within easy reach of the operator. Optional removable forks, like those show, automatically orient the workload for transport to next cell. Lifting capacities of 2,000 – 4,000 pounds and tilt range of up to 60-degrees are suitable for a wide range of assembly line or batch production applications. In addition to the stainless steel washdown models, Verti-Lift Lift and Tilt tables are available in mild steel to suit application requirement. The company works closely with distributors and system integrators to design, build and integrate their material handling equipment into new or existing facilities and production lines.

All Verti-Lift lift and tilt tables feature easily accessible internal power units, heavy duty cylinders, hand or foot controls, heavy duty tubular frames, heavy duty hydraulic cylinders, and lifetime lubricated kingpin bearings to ensure a long service life with no maintenance. Optional accessories which can be added to suit particular requirements include accordion skirts, oversized platform, platform with beveled edges, pit mounted, portability package, PLC controlled, foot pedal control, high cycle, and external power supply.
