Duravant acquires Wulftec
Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, announced today it has acquired Wulftec International Inc., the North American market leader and premier brand in fully and semi-automatic end-of-line stretch-wrapping equipment.
