Data export and memory expansion are easy with the MicroSD card - this is now possible with the OXYBABY 6.0. The MAP specialists at WITT have added a further practical feature to the gas analyzer for checking inert gas packaging, making daily use even easier for any quality inspector.

The OXYBABY 6.0 already comes with an internal memory. Once a Micro SD card is inserted into the instrument, each measurement is written to the card in parallel to the internal memory. For each day, a separate file is automatically created in the common csv format containing all measurements of the day.

Another big advantage of the SD card: memory capacity problems are a thing of the past, because the memory of the OXYBABY 6.0 can now be expanded at will. An SD card with 1 GB memory, for example, offers space for approx. 2.5 million measurements. And older OXYBABY models can also use the SD card feature, after a software update.

For data exporting, the MicroSD card can simply be read as a removable data carrier by any computer. The user can easily edit the data in a spreadsheet program or archive it directly. On request, WITT also offers an SD card reader/adapter that is compatible with practically any hardware, be it a PC, notebook, tablet or smartphone.

As an alternative to data export via MicroSD card, it is also possible to use WITT's own OBCC software. To view the data, the OXYBABY 6.0 is connected to a computer via USB. In addition to data export, the OBCC software also offers the option of editing master data such as products and users on the computer, and then importing that master data into the gas analyzer.

The handy OXYBABY gas analyzer for checking protective gas packaging is one of the world's best-selling residual oxygen analyzers in the food industry.
