Omaha Steaks announces Black Friday and Cyber Monday free shipping and up to 50 percent off in-store and online

November 26, 2019

Omaha Steaks, a 102-year-old fifth-generation family-owned company and the nation’s authority on steak and premium family food, announced they will begin offering free shipping on all orders over $75 beginning the day before Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) through November 30 with additional discounts up to 50 percent off in retail stores and on www.OmahaSteaks.com throughout the holiday weekend.

According to an annual survey released by the National Retail Federation and Prosper Insights & Analytics, 92 percent of Americans plan to take advantage of free shipping offers while shopping online this holiday season. Fifty-six percent of consumers will shop online this holiday season, and companies like Omaha Steaks are prepared to entice consumers with delicious deals on both Black Friday and Cyber Monday:

Black Friday:
Across the entire Omaha Steaks website from November 27 to November 30, shoppers will save more when they buy more, with free shipping included on all orders over $75:

  • $5 off orders of $75
  • $10 off orders of $100
  • $15 off orders of $125

On Black Friday (Nov. 29), Omaha Steaks retail stores will be offering 50 percent off store-wide, free gifts to the first 25 customers, and an additional 10 percent off purchases between 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Cyber Monday:
The retailer announced it will offer 50 percent off in-store and on OmahaSteaks.com from December 1 to December 3. Omaha Steaks will offer free shipping and will sweeten the deal with free Chocolate Mousse & Caramel Cups on orders of $59 or more.

According to a OnePoll survey commissioned by Omaha Steaks, 73 percent of consumers would rather receive food as a gift, rather than more material objects. “Food gifts bring people together,” said Todd Simon, Senior Vice President and Family Owner. “Our holiday gifts allow you to spend more time with your loved ones by preparing a holiday meal together, and it helps your gift recipient with their holiday meal planning. We make it easy and convenient to share the gift of a delicious meal - backed by our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.”

Omaha Steaks is popular with convenience-seeking holiday shoppers nationwide, with a huge variety in gift packages, direct delivery with guaranteed arrival, and easy shopping by phone, online or in Omaha Steaks retail stores.

With six fewer days between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, retailers like Omaha Steaks are encouraging customers to place holiday orders before Dec. 18 to guarantee delivery before Christmas. Orders can be placed later with additional charges for second-day air or overnight delivery.
