Inspection systems manufacturer Loma Systems is announcing the appointment of Alex Ramirez as its new service director in North America.
Ramirez has nearly 30 years of experience in customer service, field service, operations and sales across various manufacturing industries, including metering and mixing, wire processing, industrial automation and commercial foodservice. His background covers North and South America, including territories from Canada to Brazil, equipping him with a strong understanding of global customer needs.
In his new position, Ramirez will develop and implement strategies to drive internal and external customer satisfaction by empowering Loma’s expert service team. His role is uniquely positioned to interact with key stakeholders across borders and continents, enabling him to identify challenges and implement solutions to enhance Loma’s service delivery.
“I enjoy my role as it allows me to interact with the entire service team and help develop our leaders for tomorrow,” said Ramirez. “Loma’s commitment to a service-led approach resonates with my passion for team upskilling, process improvement and customer-driven innovation. After spending some time in the commercial food service industry, I was keen to return to the industrial sector and Loma offered the perfect opportunity to do so.”
