FoodSafe Drains team showcases the company's sanitary drainage solutions.
Hygienic drainage solutions provider FoodSafe Drains is showcasing its latest innovations at Pack Expo Las Vegas, Sept. 29 - Oct. 1, 2025. Attendees can visit booth N-7250 to explore demonstrations and learn about the range of FoodSafe drainage products specifically designed to meet the stringent hygiene standards required by the food industry.
On display will be the 10,000 Series FoodSafe Slot Drain, engineered for the most demanding, highly regulated food facilities. Offering sanitary design and durability, and built from T304 or T316 stainless steel, the 10,000 Series provides resistance to corrosion, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh environments. The system features a slotted linear trench opening available in multiple slot sizes, 1/2″, 1″ and 1 1/4″, to accommodate varying drainage needs and flow rates, making it ideal for handling large volumes of liquid without clogging. Its standard 0.5% slope ensures efficient water removal and prevents accumulation, which is critical for maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Experts will also be on hand to discuss FoodSafe Drains’ Renew Services, a comprehensive program dedicated to replacement, upgrade and improvement solutions for drainage systems within the food industry. In recent years, the industry has seen an increase in foodborne illness outbreaks, including Listeria and other harmful contaminants. Investigations frequently trace these incidents back to failing drain systems in food production facilities. Renew Services from FoodSafe Drains directly addresses this challenge, providing facilities with targeted solutions to modernize and enhance their infrastructure to improve both operational efficiency and workplace safety.
Visitors to booth N-7250 will have the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of these drainage solutions across multiple demo tables. The FoodSafe Drains team will be on hand to showcase the performance and maintenance ease of products, and Viking Kristjansson, vice president sales engineering and partner development at FoodSafe Drains, will be presenting at the show. Attendees will learn how these solutions can improve facility safety and sanitation, reduce maintenance costs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
