Hiperbaric 525i high-pressure processing equipment and patented HPP basket loading and unloading robotic arm
High-pressure processing equipment company Hiperbaric is presenting its latest advancements in HPP automation, integration and safety at Pack Expo Las Vegas, Sept. 29 – Oct. 1, 2025, at booth #N-7444.
HPP is a nonthermal, post-packaging food preservation method that ensures food safety, extends shelf life and maintains the fresh taste, texture and nutritional quality of products. Using high isostatic pressure—up to 6,000 bar / 600 MPa / 87,000 psi—transmitted by water, HPP inactivates foodborne pathogens and spoilage microorganisms without heat, delivering results equivalent to pasteurization with none of the thermal damage.
Today, more than 400 Hiperbaric HPP machines are installed worldwide.
