Attendees can also take advantage of world-class education programs and unmatched networking opportunities with professionals from the global animal food, meat, poultry and egg industries. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it at the 2026 IPPE!

Uniting three dynamic trade shows — the International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo and International Meat Expo — IPPE draws industry leaders and decision-makers from across the globe. The event highlights cutting-edge equipment, supplies and services that supports the production and processing of poultry, eggs, meat, and animal food products. As the premier gathering for industry insights and innovative solutions, IPPE is proudly sponsored by the American Feed Industry Association, the Meat Institute and the US Poultry & Egg Association.

Education programs will take place Monday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 29, offering more than 80 hours of expert-led learning. Attendees can look forward to signature sessions such as the Latin American Poultry Summit, International Poultry Scientific Forum, Pet Food Conference and International Rendering Symposium.

In addition to these annual favorites, IPPE 2026 will introduce an exciting lineup of new and complimentary sessions, including: Baseline Listeria monocytogenes Intervention and Control Workshop; Smart Systems, Stronger Operations: Harnessing AI and Automation in Meat and Poultry Processing; Foreign Material Control Maturity Model: From Reaction to Prevention; Feed Education Program; Animal Agriculture Sustainability Summit; Poultry Market Intelligence Forum; Women’s Meat Industry Network Program; Unwrapping Sustainability: Innovations and Strategies in Meat Packaging…and many more!
