McCabe’s Mechanical Services, a provider of mechanical contracting, millwright and installation services and part of the Grote Co. Family of Brands, has hired Justen Vrabel as process integration leader. 

Vrabel will focus on creating standard processes and tools for accurate estimating, as well as project design management and execution.  

“We welcome Justen Vrabel to the McCabe’s team. I look forward to him helping us better serve our customers in the meat and poultry industry,” said Allen McCabe, general manager for McCabe’s Mechanical Services.  

“Vrabel brings years of experience in the food processing industry, which we know will be an advantage as we continue to seamlessly bring a full range of products and services to our customers,” said Jack Grote, chief operating officer for the Grote Co. Family of Brands.

Vrabel brings nearly a decade of experience working for JBT Marel and Prime Equipment Group to his new position. Working in a family-owned and run business comes second nature to Vrabel, who grew up working for DiRusso’s Italian Sausage alongside his father and siblings. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University.
