Delaware Valley University hosts Temple Grandin for Q&A, book signing

Temple Grandin is returning to the Delaware Valley University campus April 29, 2026. Grandin will discuss her book "The Grandin Papers," which features over 50 years of research on animal behavior and welfare that changed the livestock industry.
"Over the last 50 years, Dr. Grandin has had a profound impact on animal behavior and welfare," said Broc Sandelin, dean of the Delaware Valley University School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. "It is a privilege to have her share her insight and experience with our community."
The event, co-hosted with Future Horizons, will be held in the Life Sciences Building on DelVal's main campus in Doylestown. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and Grandin will speak at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Q&A and book signing. The event will conclude at 9 p.m.
