Following strong demand during last year’s seasonal debut, Hatfield, a Clemens Food Group brand, is bringing back its limited-time Pumpkin Spice Thick Cut Bacon, giving foodservice operators and retailers an opportunity to tap into consumer enthusiasm for fall flavors.

As consumers begin seeking out fall flavors earlier each year, restaurants and retailers look to stand out with seasonal limited-time offerings. Hatfield Pumpkin Spice Thick Cut Bacon gives operators a distinctive seasonal item designed to create menu buzz, drive incremental purchases and provide a fresh twist to a familiar offering.

Available for shipment Aug. 1 through Oct. 31, 2026, Hatfield's pumpkin spice bacon allows operators to lean into fall flavors long before the leaves change and continue seasonal promotions through Thanksgiving.

Coated with a blend of sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice, the thick-cut bacon combines smoky bacon with classic pumpkin spice seasonings, creating a versatile ingredient for breakfast, sandwiches, burgers and seasonal desserts that are both sweet and savory.

"Consumers start looking for the flavors of fall earlier every year, and operators are looking for ways to meet that demand without adding complexity in the kitchen," said Jenny Moyer Murphy, corporate executive chef at Clemens Food Group. "Pumpkin spice bacon helps chefs introduce a familiar seasonal flavor in an unexpected way while giving them the flexibility to use it across a variety of menu items."

Built for operational efficiency, the bacon arrives pre-sliced and fully seasoned, eliminating prep while delivering consistent flavor and presentation. This refrigerated, ready-to-cook product is designed to streamline seasonal execution.

Hatfield Pumpkin Spice Thick Cut Bacon is available in:

  • Retail: 12-ounce package (16 units per 12-pound case)
  • Foodservice: 5-pound package (2 units per 10-pound case)

For retailers, the limited-time offering provides an opportunity to create seasonal displays and capitalize on consumer excitement around pumpkin spice products during the peak fall selling season.

Retailers and foodservice operators interested in placing an order should contact their local Hatfield sales representative or call 800-523-5291 for more information.
