Arrow Farm Meats leaders receive AAMP Accomplishment Award

The American Association of Meat Processors Accomplishment Award is a recognition reserved for an AAMP member who has been in the meat industry for a relatively short period of time and has distinguished him or herself through new products, marketing, services, or growth. The recipient of the 2026 AAMP Accomplishment Award is Justin and Laura Earlywine, Arrow Farm Meats, Rock City, Ill.

What began in 2019 as an ambitious idea—to renovate their dairy barn into a small meat processing facility—has since evolved into a USDA-inspected plant housed in a new building, with a focus on retail, wholesale, and custom processing.
They have built their operation around a commitment to high-quality products, offering fresh and smoked meats, a wide variety of ready-to-eat items, and an assortment of complementary retail goods. Throughout their journey, Justin and Laura have actively sought knowledge from fellow meat processors, demonstrating a willingness to ask questions and learn from others. They carefully study each process before introducing new products, embodying a thoughtful approach to growth by starting small and expanding based on customer demand while maintaining exceptional quality. Justin has been a successful competitor in cured meat competitions, winning numerous awards at IAMP since beginning to compete in 2024, and won his first award at AAMP in 2025. Justin shared their Arrow Farm Meats story during this year’s convention and also helped with a bacon demonstration in 2024.
AAMP said the association is proud of their accomplishments, growth and willingness to both learn and share their knowledge with others.
