The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) has announced the speakers for Quality Assurance (QA 101) June 22-23, 2011 at Kansas State University. Leading attendees through the course material will be AMSA members and well-known industry experts Dr. Lynn Graves Delmore, adjunct professor, California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo and industry consultant, Delmore Consulting; Dr. Margaret Hardin, vice president of technical services, IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group and Dr. Lynn Knipe, associate professor and extension processed meats specialist, The Ohio State University.

To make registration and attendance more convenient, QA 101 is scheduled to immediately follow the Reciprocal Meat Conference. People who are planning to attend RMC can include this important short course for a small extra fee and add just an extra night at their hotel.

AMSA is offering discounted registration fees to companies or organizations sending more than one person to QA 101. The second registrant will receive a 10% discount.
