They are built with Handtmann’s smart, rugged HVF-construction, hygienic design, and proprietary servo controls that calculate product portioning every two milliseconds. They incorporate Handtmann’s Integrated Vacuum Management system so processors with volumes from three to 11 tons per hour have affordable access to an efficient option for reliably processing whole muscle and section & formed products to exact weights within 1%.
