Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation has named Monica Planasch as Parts Manager for Apache’s food processing equipment group – Mepaco.

Monica has been with the company for over seven years. She has held positions in customer service and contract manufacturing service and sales. Her background and experience in customer service and manufacturing will be an asset to the Parts Manager position.

“Currently we offer Mepaco equipment and system parts and in the future we are going to expand the parts group to include stainless tank and portable tank replacement part offerings,” says Monica. “We are also developing on-line ordering resources on our website, www.mepaco.net. The parts link goes to a form that collects the part number and company information, which helps to expedite requests.”

Monica’s goal is to increase response time to customers, continue to develop on-line resources and improve the overall order and processing experience. She is replacing David Regge, who is retiring from Apache in December of 2013.
