Monogram Foods has partnered with comedian Steve Harvey’s HarCal Enterprises to create an innovative line of wholesome and hearty smoked meats, headlined by a truly unique, roasted bacon called Easy Bacon by Harvey Foods.

In recent years, Hormel Foods has been on the prowl, busy acquiring companies and products as the economic headwinds have eased and sparked growth in the M&A space.

Earlier this year, Zagat published the results of its annual Dining Trends Survey. Ten thousand diners were quizzed on their dining habits, and as part of the survey, they gave opinions about various trendy foods, including kale, Brussels sprouts, beets and bacon.
