Agricultural firm H.J. Baker & Bro. Inc. announced it has relocated its Little Rock, Arkansas offices to accommodate the company’s continued growth in feed sales and to foster its highly rated customer service program. Expanding the new space will allow the company to consolidate H.J Baker’s customer service and support teams into one central operating hub.

The new H.J. Baker Customer Service Center provides dedicated support by assigning customer service representatives to specific clients. This strategy empowers H.J. Baker support representatives to become adept in their clients’ accounts, needs and preferences.
“Moving our customer service and support teams into our new Little Rock office space makes it even easier for our customers to do business with us,” said H.J Baker General Manager Clark Springfield. “This central hub will facilitate open and transparent internal communication, providing our customers an exceptional experience,” Clark added.
