Nathan Radue has joined Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry, as Project Manager for the company’s Protein Division.
In this newly created, incremental position, Radue will lead projects in support of Wixon’s operations, sales, marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance/quality control departments. He will also oversee new product development projects and sales opportunities with an emphasis on meeting strategic goals and driving efficiencies to continue growth of the Protein Division. Radue will report to Ron Ratz, Wixon’s Director of Protein Development.
Radue has an extensive background in commercialization, cross-functional teams, and project management. He most recently worked at Palermo’s Pizza in Milwaukee, serving as Project Manager – New Product Development for branded, private label, and foodservice items, as well as supervising packaging development and product commercialization.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned a certificate in project management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Radue was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June.
