Weber, Inc., the North American leader in state-of-the-art slicing solutions has expanded its sales team as Weber’s growth continues to focus on key markets and customer needs.
Weber has added Russ Stroner to the sales organization. Stroner will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships and continued efforts in the Northeast region of the US and also has key account responsibility for the Smithfield organization.

CEO, Jarrod McCarroll. “He brings a depth of knowledge in our space and has years of customer experience under his belt. His proven track record and passion for customers is a perfect combination for our culture.”
Russ joins the Weber team with nearly 20 years of food processing experience. His accomplished national and international sales abilities will be leveraged to make him an effective strategic partner for customers.
Additionally, John Fields also joins the Weber sales team as the Midwest regional sales manager. Fields will be responsible for the continued focus on existing customers, as well as the development of new ones in the Midwest U.S.
