Food Safety Net Services (FSNS), the market leader in food safety testing and audit services, recently announced its Education Course Schedule for 2016, taught by certified trainers and industry professionals. The 2016 course line-up includes certified training programs for British Retail Consortium (BRC), Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP Training, and Microbiology & Food Safety.

The BRC Internal Auditor Course will focus on how to conduct internal audits in a facility against BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, ensuring a comprehensive audit system that is fundamental to food safety and product quality and providing confirmation that systems and procedures are operating effectively.

The Internal Auditor Course is a one-day course; BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Introduction Course is a two-day course; and the combined course is a three-day program.
