CMS Technology, a company committed to developing food safety technologies that will make the food we consume safer, announced a full system approach to help processors meet the latest regulations for salmonella and campylobacter.

CMS hosted a brief overview of its PoultrypHresh technology at the International Processing & Production Expo Jan. 26 through Jan. 28 in Atlanta, Georgia each day at 2:15 p.m. Interested attendees stopped by, or scheduled a private overview with CMS executives. The Company also discussed its efforts to holistically assist processors.

PoultrypHresh and OxypHresh are multi-purpose processing aids designed to provide poultry processors with a flexible, reliable, and effective means to prevent the dangerous and costly outbreak of foodborne illness by pathogenic organisms such as salmonella and campylobacter.
