PS Seasoning’s New Flavor Fusions Pineapple Teriyaki wins Reserve Champion award just one day after launch at the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors

The company recently released four new bratwurst seasonings exploding with flavor just in time for grilling season. Only one day after it launched, Pineapple Teriyaki won Reserve Champion at the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors Wisconsin cured meat competition! “The ingredients from the Pineapple Teriyaki seasoning caramelize in the bratwurst and the juices are absolutely fantastic,” said John Benson, Head Sausage Maker and Production Manager, Brandon Meats in Wisconsin.
Other stand-out flavors making mouths happy are Ballpark and Mango Habanero. The beauty of these flavor combinations is that they require no additional condiments, even the bun is optional! For the adventurous who like to push their palate, try the Asian Pepper & Pear seasoning.
