Ossid, powered by Pro Mach, promoted Michael Rogers to Customer Service Manager to provide customers with prompt, high-quality product support, including emergency around-the-clock service and to ensure the company’s customer service goals are achieved.  Rogers reports to the General Manager and manages the Overwrap and Tray Sealing Technical group.  Ossid designs and manufactures weigh-price labelers, overwrappers, tray sealers, horizontal form-fill-seal machines, and in-motion case scales for the food and medical device industries, as well as for consumer goods.
