Kansas City, famous for its barbeque, jazz heritage, fountains, museums and technology, showcases the best that Missouri has to offer, including a few of AAMP’s supplier members. AAMP conventioneers will have the opportunity to visit three long-time AAMP Supplier Member plants during the Pre-Convention Bus Tour: Bunzl Processor Division/Koch Supplies; Multivac, Inc.; and UltraSource LLC. The facility tours will include demonstrations of equipment, mini sessions in state-of-the-art kitchens, and knowledgeable speakers from the supplier industry. Attend this great convention and explore everything that it has to offer, from networking, education, and the always-popular American Cured Meat Championships.

AAMP’s annual convention is geared toward U.S., Canadian, and foreign operators of small and very small firms in the meat, poultry & food business: packers, processors, wholesalers, HRI, retailers, caterers, deli operators, home food service dealers and catalog marketers. Both members and non-members of the association attend this event looking for a vast array of ideas, supplies, and services.
