Ingredients Solutions Inc. has announced that it is adding Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, and Pea Proteins to its product line.
The plant-based meat alternatives market is expanding, and ISI is working to meet the texture and nutritional needs of this market.
Methylcellulose and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose provide superior texture and improved mouthfeel in plant-based meat applications. ISI’s Pea Proteins, both powdered and texturized, are in demand as a popular protein source.
ISI also supplies a wide variety of specialty hydrocolloids for just about any food or beverage application imaginable.
