B&D Resources is partnering with AF Food Technology to bring the AllMaxx S Soft-Belt Separator—featuring FlexxPress Technology—to B&D Resources customers.

AF’s Soft Belt Separator retains the proven pressure-controlled separation method used in many legacy systems, while enhancing reliability and hygiene with smooth, cleanable surfaces, improved accessibility and rugged construction. Designed for meat, poultry, seafood and plant-based protein applications, AF’s machines integrate seamlessly with Inject Star’s hydraulic presses—the Bone Breaker and Bone Press—all now available through B&D Resources.

B&D will continue to support processors running legacy soft-belt separators, offering spare parts, maintenance guidance and a straightforward upgrade path to the new AF-built platform.
