For small to mid-sized red meat and meat processors looking to increase efficiency and production, Ossid is showcasing its Reepack ReeForm E10 Thermoformer, 500Li Tray Overwrapper and Reepack RV 620 Vacuum Chamber in booth 245 at the 86th American Association of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition, July 24-26, 2025, at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Ossid, a ProMach brand, is a manufacturer of sustainable, efficient tray packaging, flow wrapping, thermoforming, industrial scale and labeling, and vacuum chamber machinery. Additionally, Ossid is the North American master distributor of Italian-based Reepack, a ProMach brand.

Reepack ReeForm E10 Thermoformer

Reepack ReeForm Series of thermoformers is a family of machines designed to grow with the needs of red meat and meat processors.

At AAMP, attendees will see the ReeForm E10 Thermoformer demonstrating its capabilities packaging sausage. The E10 is a compact machine for small to medium production that can form both flexible and rigid film packaging. It features a stainless steel, open-frame design for easy sanitation in washdown environments. Additionally, a user-friendly control panel provides easy programming and operation for users with varying levels of skill.

The Reeform Series can seamlessly handle a wide range of packaging styles, including saddlepack, flexible, modified atmosphere, vacuum skin, rigid and semi rigid, and more. Processing stations are electric, providing added energy savings.

Ossid 500Li Stretch Overwrapper

Joining the E10 at AAMP is Ossid’s 500Li Stretch Overwrapper, a cost-effective tuck and fold machine that produces up to 60 packages per minute. The 500Li and its in-line tray wrapping method represents a more streamlined packaging process in comparison to elevator-style machines. The 500Li uses a gripper chain system that stretches film to produce tightly wrapped packages. This technology also saves on film costs, as it can run narrower film widths. Tuck and fold overwrapping is ideal for low-moisture proteins and many other food packaging applications. 

At the show, the 500Li will be demonstrating its capabilities in packaging ground beef. 

Reepack RV 620 Vacuum Chamber

Show attendees can also see the attributes of Reepack’s RV 620 Vacuum Chamber. The RV 620 is a semi-automatic machine available on a tabletop or wheeled-frame model. Processors can store and select up to nine automatic programs for quick product changeover. Evacuation and gas flushing processes are pressure controlled for high-quality packing.  

At AAMP, the RV 620 will be showcasing its strengths in sealing sausage.
