Oregon Country Beef is introducing its latest product, the Ground Beef Brick Pack, available at all 16 PCC Community Markets, a natural foods cooperative. This new product from Oregon Country Beef offers a convenient, locally sourced non-GMO ground beef option for PCC Community Markets shoppers, with product packaging that provides the added flexibility of freezing for future use. 

Oregon Country Beef is a brand built and owned by a group of family ranchers that are committed to ethical ranching practices and nutritious beef that’s free of antibiotics, added hormones and GMO-feed ingredients. Both PCC Community Markets and Oregon Country Beef are co-op business models and believe that cooperatives bring the best products to the best communities. To commemorate the launch, Oregon Country Beef ranchers will attend in-store events at several PCC Community Market locations on Aug. 30 and 31, 2025.
