The 2026 Latin American Poultry Summit is set for Jan. 26 in Atlanta, Ga. This event will take place in combination with the International Poultry Expo, part of the International Production & Processing Expo, and is co-hosted by the Latin American Poultry Association.
The summit will feature an agenda that will focus on global trends that influence the management of Latin American poultry companies, such as tools for transforming data into business decisions, artificial intelligence and smart technologies, communication with the final consumer, light as part of the farm climate and a roundtable of egg companies CEOs. The one-day agenda is designed to maximize participants' time at IPPE. Attendees can look forward to numerous networking opportunities, including a luncheon, coffee breaks and a reception. Students and advisors involved in the USPOULTRY Foundation International Student Program will also receive special recognition during the event.
Having been held for the past 10 years, the summit has become a key gathering for Latin American poultry professionals to explore emerging technologies, hear from animal health and food safety experts and connect with industry professionals shaping the future of poultry in Latin America.
The 2026 IPPE will run from Jan. 27-29 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Ga.
