Bb.q Chicken teams up with Samyang Foods to debut Buldak on Cheesling chicken

Korean fried chicken brand bb.q Chicken is teaming up with global food company Samyang Foods to debut Buldak on Cheesling chicken, a US exclusive menu item.
Bb.q ChickenBb.q's Cheesling chicken has a crispy fried exterior coated in a layer of cheese. This new collaboration adds the kick of Samyang's signature Buldak sauce, offering a twist on a classic food. This plays into the current "newstalgia" trend, where companies put their own twist on a classic food item.
This collaboration brings together Korean food brands. Bb.q Chicken, a Korean fried chicken brand with more than 200 locations across the US, joins forces with Samyang, the creator of Buldak ramen and sauce, which is particularly popular among Gen Alpha. The partnership aims to showcase global appeal of Korean cuisine.
Buldak on Cheesling will be available nationwide in participating US locations for a limited time from Nov. 10 to Dec, 10, 2025, with availability continuing through the end of that month while supplies last.
