Creminelli Fine Meats, a producer and seller of artisan meats, is introducing a 7-ounce Entertaining Tray, a first-to-market product designed for smaller household sizes. This new offering strategically addresses a critical gap in the market, which has historically been polarized between small 2–3-ounce children’s portions and large 12–18-ounce family entertaining trays.

- Prosciutto & Calabrese: Featuring prosciutto, bold calabrese salami, gourmet crackers, white Cheddar cheese, and chocolate-covered almonds.
- Coppa & Pepperoni: A savory spread with Coppa, pepperoni, creamy provolone cheese, crackers, and olives.
- Prosciutto & Genoa: A balanced selection of delicate prosciutto, classic Genoa salami, creamy mozzarella, crunchy breadsticks, and dried cherries.
The trays are available for order and come in a 6-count case.
