CAT Inc. has named Javier Jimenez territorial salesman for Mexico and Latin America. He has 15 years of experience in the poultry industry, most recently serving in the same capacity for Dapec Inc. Jimenez will represent the full line of equipment from CAT and Mepsco injectors, brine chilling systems, and mixers.

Gainco Inc. has announced two new appointments in sales and marketing management. Gary Wright has been named regional sales manager. Operating from his office in Minnesota, he will cover a geographic territory including the Upper Midwest, Illinois, and the Pacific Coast region. Russ Williams has been named marketing manager. He will be responsible for coordinating worldwide marketing and product development activities at Gainco’s Gainesville, GA, headquarters.

SYSCO Corp. has promoted Jeff Kimmich to assistant vice president, Baugh Supply Chain Cooperative perishables. He began his career at Sysco in 1986 as a poultry merchandiser with Compton Foods, the predecessor company to Baugh. Additionally, Mark Mignogna has been appointed assistant vice president, quality assurance. He has been involved in quality assurance with Sysco since 1988.
