Better. Nugget. The products were launched at the Second Annual Tyson Innovation Premier in Denver during the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference in mid-July. Tyson’s new chicken nuggets, now available in whole-grain tempura breading, are much like the nuggets served at kids’ favorite hamburger restaurants.
