The Japan External Trade Organization and the Japan Livestock Industry Association have partnered to produce “Sake and the City II: Discover Japanese Wagyu.” The event will be held October 28 at the 404 event space on 10th Avenue, New York City, with a walk-around tasting from 1-5 pm and an array of seminars featuring sake and Japanese wagyu beef.

Speakers at the event will include wagyu expert Yousuke Yamaguchi, sake expert Timothy Sullivan of Urban Sake, and Executive Chef Hiroke Abe of EN Japanese Brasserie.
