Meat scientists from across the country will gather in College Station, Texas, June 18-21, 2017, hosted by Texas A&M University at the AMSA’s 70th Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC).

Eighty-three students from 11 universities received insight from leaders in our industry at the 2016 Student Leadership Conference (SLC) held March 11-12 at the Kansas State University Campus in Olathe, Kansas.

On June 19, 2016 meat scientists from across the country will gather in San Angelo, Texas — the “Wool and Mohair Capital of the World,” in the virtual epicenter of Texas agriculture.
