The easily interchangeable mold plate assembly allows operators to select a variety of patty shapes and weights:

1 oz. to 5 1/3 oz. in weight
3/16” to ¾” in thickness
Up to 5 1/8” in diameter

The Hollymatic 200 also features a continuous edge guide with automatic paper feed, one-piece safety interlocked feed tray and guard, and adjustable patty compression. Speed can be set at 1200, 1600 or 1900 patties per hour. Hollymatic’s 200 Gourmet Style Patty Machine can also be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning.
