Online butcher shop and fine food purveyor Lobel’s of New York has just introduced a line of smoked beef jerky in four delectable flavors.

Lobel’s Smoked Steak Strips are a high-protein, low-fat and low-carb snack that are ideal for active people with a busy lifestyle.

Mark Lobel, co-owner, raves about the convenient snack, saying, “For hikers, bikers and sports enthusiasts, whether you are player or spectator, our steak strips are lightweight and easy to carry whenever you need a savory shot of energy that tastes great.”

Unlike many jerky products that are dry, dense and tough to chew, Lobel’s Smoked Steak Strips are tender and moist with abundant flavor. Each of Lobel’s four varieties is made with lean top-round steak that is infused with hickory-wood smokiness.

Available in 4 oz. packages at $12.95 each, the flavors are:

  • Traditional – Brown sugar and pepper. Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper, Sodium Nitrite
  • Cajun – Spicy, but not too spicy. Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Onion, Crushed Chili Pepper, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder Light (Chili Pepper, Spices, Garlic) Sodium Nitrite.
  • Teriyaki – Sweet, classic flavors of soy and tamari. Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Tamari Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt), Maple Cure (Salt, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrite and Maple Syrup), Salt, Onion, Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Black Pepper, Sesame Oil, BHA (Antioxidant), Sodium Nitrite
  • Black Pepper – Similar to the Traditional recipe, but with a bolder black-pepper spiciness. Ingredients: Beef, Brown Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper, Sodium Nitrite

All four flavors are also available in a 4-piece variety pack that is specially priced at $46.95.

Lobel’s is known as one of the leading purveyors of USDA Prime grade, dry-aged beef as well as the finest all-natural veal and lamb, fresh poultry, Berkshire pork, seafood and specialty products. All Lobel’s of New York foods are shipped by overnight delivery. Additional information can be obtained by visiting the website at www.lobels.com.
