Steve Valesko discusses Butterball's sustainability initiatives

In this video interview with Andy Hanacek, editor-in-chief of The National Provisioner, Steve Valesko, Vice President, Engineering of Butterball, LLC discusses sustainability initiatives the company has incorporated plant-wide, such as changing out existing lighting for LED fixtures. Valesko also discusses sustainability initiatives at the Mt. Olive facility, including the installation of a system that helps pre-heat heat water and has resulted in natural gas savings for the company.
