Monogram Foods announces new pet-treats contract; will keep Texas facility in operation
Monogram Food Solutions, LLC, a leading manufacturer and marketer of high-quality meat snacks and other food products, announces it has reached an agreement to co-pack pet treats from its Monogram Snacks Texas, LLC subsidiary with its production plant in Schulenburg, Texas.
Several months ago, that plant’s sole customer withdrew its business with short notice. Monogram issued a WARN notice with the State of Texas, which yesterday Monogram rescinded.
Monogram has been successful in signing a long-term co-packing contract for pet treats with a major customer, is producing for one of the largest grocery chains in America, and is in further discussions with other potential customers. Said Ches Jackson, President of Monogram Supply Chain, “We are excited about the newly secured business, and equally excited about our other opportunities for more growth.
