Tyson Foods has resumed slaughtering hogs at its Columbus Junction, Iowa, plant. The facility was closed for three weeks after a mechanical malfunction in December, reports Reuters.
Tyson announced on December 16 that the plant might be idled for a few days for repairs and that it had shifted production to other facilities.
