Scott & Jon's expands frozen seafood bowl lineup
New flavor varieties include Lemon Butter Dill Salmon, Baja Fish Taco and Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo.

Frozen seafood meal brand Scott & Jon's is expanding its lineup of frozen seafood bowls with three new additions: Lemon Butter Dill Salmon, Baja Fish Taco and Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo.
Each new bowl is designed to bring restaurant-inspired recipes and seafood to the table in minutes.
Scott & Jon's is building on the strong performance of its recent salmon bowl launch with three new varieties. The Lemon Butter Dill Salmon pairs salmon with al dente penne pasta in a lemon butter dill sauce. The Baja Fish Taco bowl features cod served with a creamy cilantro lime crema and topped with colorful accents like pickled onions. The Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo is a spicy twist to the brand's best-selling Shrimp Alfredo, combining cooked shrimp, andouille sausage and al dente penne pasta in an alfredo sauce with tangy heat.
"Our Honey Sesame Salmon Bowl has been a hit with consumers," said Scott Demers, co-founder of Scott & Jon's. "We're excited to build on that momentum with more flavor-forward recipes and introduce white fish to our lineup. The new bowls are available at major retailers nationwide, including Sprouts, Target, Harris Teeter, Publix, Wegmans, Market Basket and Giant Eagle.
