Philly Cheesesteak sandwich brand Raybern’s is announcing its newest creation: the Pork Bánh Mì sandwich. Launching in Costco stores in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Bay Area and Texas regions, with Texas launching in October 2025, Raybern's take on a Vietnamese classic combines zesty flavors with convenience.
Raybern’s Pork Bánh Mì is piled with thinly sliced, seasoned roast pork and pickled vegetables including onions, carrots, daikon radish, red bell peppers and jalapenos, all layered on Raybern’s bread. Developed over years to cook up perfectly soft and delicious straight from the microwave, the bread delivers authentic deli-style texture without any fuss.
“Our Pork Bánh Mì is a tribute to the authentic, layered flavors of traditional Vietnamese sandwiches, made easy for busy days,” said Lexi Levang, senior marketing manager of Raybern’s. “We wanted to create something that feels adventurous and new, while staying true to the Raybern’s promise of quality, flavor and ultimate convenience.”
The Pork Bánh Mì will be available in select Costco locations beginning Aug. 18, 2025.
