Gourmet Duck Dumplings
Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, a Pekin duck supplier to restaurants, private clubs, hotels and consumers, unveils its latest culinary creation: gourmet duck dumplings.
The gourmet duck dumplings are handcrafted for chefs, caterers, foodservice professionals and home cooks and available in Fajita Duck and traditional Peking Duck flavors. The Peking Duck dumplings are inspired by the classic Chinese dish and feature savory duck, hoisin sauce, scallions and aromatic spices. The Fajita Duck dumplings feature a Southwestern flair with duck, fire-roasted peppers, onions and smoky spices.
Joe Jurgielewicz & SonChef approved and home cook-friendly, JJS’ gourmet duck dumplings are made with 100% premium duck meat and can be steamed, pan-fried or boiled.

Duck meat is a source of omega-3 fatty acids including alpha-linolenic acid to support improved brain function. It is also a great of other essential nutrients, including iron, B vitamins, zinc, vitamin E, niacin and selenium.
The gourmet duck dumplings are available for wholesale and retail orders, available in cases of four packages, each containing 30 gourmet dumplings, for $96.50, with bulk pricing available upon request.
