FPSA names 2025 Women's Alliance Network Red Circle Honors recipients
Red Circle Honors will be presented during a breakfast on Oct. 29 during EATS at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The Food Production Solutions Association announces the 2025 Women's Alliance Network Red Circle Honors recipients. These prestigious awards recognize outstanding women and organizations that have made significant contributions to advancing gender balance and supporting women's careers in the food and beverage industry. The Red Circle Honors will be presented during a breakfast on Oct. 29 during EATS at McCormick Place in Chicago.
"The women and organizations we're recognizing this year exemplify the leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence that drives our industry forward," said Morgan Larson, FPSA Women's Alliance Network Chair. "These recipients have not only achieved remarkable success in their own careers but have also opened doors and created opportunities for other women in the food and beverage sector."
The breakfast will feature keynote speaker Julie Camardo, CEO of Zweigle’s Inc, who will share insights on leadership and advancing women's careers in the food and beverage industry. 2025 Red Circle Honor Recipients are:
Rising Star Award
Melissa Reinhart, Burns & McDonnell
This honor recognizes an emerging female leader who demonstrates significant potential and early career achievements. Reinhart has shown exceptional promise and made notable contributions early in her career in the food and beverage industry.
Career Excellence Award
Mary Mooney, Mooney Farms
This award acknowledges a woman whose exceptional career accomplishments and leadership have made lasting contributions to the industry. Mooney's dedication and professional achievements have established her as a respected leader in the field.
Innovation and Inspiration Award
Elizabeth Cobb, Intralox
This honor celebrates a woman whose creative ideas, innovations, or approaches inspire change within the food and beverage industry. Cobb's innovative contributions have brought meaningful advancement to her company and the broader industry.
Male Ally Award
Matt Jones, Hoosier Feeder
This award recognizes a male leader actively committed to supporting and advancing the careers of women within the industry. Jones has demonstrated exceptional dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace and supporting women's professional growth.
Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women Award
Ester Codina, Alfa Laval
This award celebrates an FPSA member company representative committed to fostering gender balance, supporting women's advancement, and creating inclusive workplaces. Under Codina's leadership, Alfa Laval has demonstrated outstanding commitment to developing and promoting women in the industry.
