Fast-food chain White Castle is testing a Cheddar Smoked Sausage Slider in Cincinnati, Louisville and New Jersey. The response to the innovation at White Castles in these three markets will help determine whether the slider earns a spot on the White Castle menu nationwide.
The slider features a smoked sausage link infused with cheddar cheese, topped with caramelized onions and served on White Castle's signature slider bun.
The company is also testing new Pretzel Nibblers in these markets.
